Willo Historic District
The Willo Historic neighborhood is between 7th and Central Avenues North of McDowell and South of Thomas Rd.
Willo is actually 22 individual subdivisions. It is close to the Encanto Light Rail Station.
There are differences between each which become clearer once you get to know the neighborhood a bit: changes in architecture, landscape, the different streets and lot sizes.
