Dateland is one of those unique subdivisions, both easy to miss and intriguing, but also in the midst of a very definite revival. A neighborhood which has the privilege of an amazing location: that being Arcadia.
There are 194 homes in this subdivision and most are single story. Only the few newer homes have 2 stories. About a third have pools.
