Christy Cove - 85028 Area

Christy Cove is the name of a park in the center of this area surrounded by the Phoenix Mountains Preserve. The main trail running along the subdivision is to venerable T-100 which runs from North Mountain Park through to the eastern end of the Preserve facing Paradise Valley.

This is actually a conglomorage of several subivisions like Desert Vista, Summer Shadows and Shea Heights all of which are within walking distance to the trails.

Both Desert Vista and Summer Shadows run up the foothills and home closest to the mountains have wonderful views of the north east valley.

Home range from the low $200,000 to nearly one million for some of the custom homes butting to the preserve. Most are from the 1970's to late 1990's.
