Cheery Lynn Historic Homes

This is one of the smaller Phoenix historic districts, but it has some of the most beautiful home, especially the Mission and Spanish Revival homes.

The district is located between Flower and Earll St. and Randolph and 16th St.

It was registered in the historic registry in February 1994. Home were built as early as 1928 and well into the forties.
Amongst the other architectural styles you'll find good example of Bungalows, Tudor Revival and Ranches.

It's a very well cared for neighborhood: clean, manicured and most homes look like they have good owners trying to preserve this small part of Phoenix history.
