Size and Quality Matter: View Big Photos While Searching, But Only If Your Realtor Provided Superb Photos

This photo below is of a listing from the ARMLS that, like all listings, is viewable on this website, but what makes these photos special and this listing is the quality of the photography and the fact that you can hit the 'view larger images' on the property detail page and actually get truly wonderful larger photos.  I have to commend this agent for having such nice photos.

When viewed on inPhoenix.com they are shown is full glory of 1024 pixels wide and in high quality and there are 38 of them.  Lovely indeed.  I'm sure if a buyer will be interested in a home of this type they will be very persuaded to see this one just from the photos.

I brought this to your attention because I wanted to bring focus on this feature on our website and also the importance of quality images to help sell properties.

If photos are bad, of low quality and small in size potential buyers will not even pay attention.  It's easy to dismiss a home and hit the next button in the wake of a market with increasing inventory and many choices.

Take note those of you considering a listing agent in the near future: how will they market your home.  Sure expertise and experience is important, but if no one comes to see the home because of bad marketing then your agent won't even have a chance to utilize their 20 years of experience or their negotiating skills after obtaining a certificate.
