Quick Phoenix Homes Search And Instant Property Count

This new feature allows you to simply and quickly get a list of properties first by city and then by price and bedrooms. See the short tutorial below.
As you select the criteria you get instant feed-back on how many properties match your selection allowing you to change the search at whim if not there are too many or not enough homes.
Once you select the view home and the properties are displayed you'll are able to further refine the search if necessary.
