Phoenix Historic Homes 1st Quarter of 2011 Sales Report

Posted by Artur Ciesielski on Thursday, April 7th, 2011 at 9:59am.

Central Phoenix and especially the Phoenix Historic Districts were not hit as hard by the Great Recession. Foreclosures in these areas generally were below 10% of the stock compared to over 25% in some of the other areas in the west valley.

That's really not surprising for established neighborhoods.

Sales in the first quarter of 2011 from January 1st to March 31st have been brisk and that's before the usualy Spring upswing begins.
