High Supply Balanced By High Demand

What this means is that the supply is above normal, about 30% above normal, but that coupled with a demand of 37% above normal brings the 'Market Index' to a range which means balance: neither a buyers nor a sellers market.
Despite this balance I'd still like to see supply go down to a more reasonable level, especially lender owned and short sale supply.
