I've been in the business of real estate since the late 1990's; first as an investor.
In our team my job is to help our clients sell homes and I enjoy working with select investors.

Before I started to work in real estate I was among others a photographer and when it comes to presenting your home - I take it seriously.
For prospective future owners of your home - perception is everything.
I make sure that they see it from a perspective that will leave them intrigued, curious, delighted- and they will call to make an appointment!
There are many factors deciding about how soon your home will sell, how much a buyer will offer, etc.
Everything matters- from the first few seconds, when they see the photographs, read about the home, and when they walk into the door.
What else do I do: I have a road bike and ride often in the city.
