Examples of Both Print & Online Advertising
by inPhoenix Realty Group - Just for fun and promotion.
Below are ads we created and have placed in various places from print to online: also take a look at the videos we have produced to market neighborhood and homes.
♣ Riccardo at Sabioni Design has done quite a few design projects for us and that includes the newest business cards for our group. In keeping with a design theme the colors and shapes are consistent with the progressive evolution of the brand.

♥ Along with our move to a new office near Central & Camelback we had Sabioni-Design expand on our idea for a new real estate sign. Our goal was to keep up with a consistent color scheme and to retain the design elements present in a lot of our advertising, but not making us the focus - rather the activity at hand which in this case is to present the home for sale.

♣ This is an example of a 'Just Listed' card that goes out to neighbors surrounding a new listing. We know that many people move into an area or neighborhood because they already know someone there and often neighbors let other know of home for sale near them, thus we want them to know about a home for sale.

◊ This is a post card that been distributed throughout the Central Phoenix area, at coffee shops for instance. It was a photo taken near a trail head into the Phoenix Mountains when the sun was blazing high in the blue sky.

♥ Summers are for fun and having to worry about the sale of a property does not help. We have systems in place that allow sellers to be anywhere and still successfully complete a transaction, that in addition to our marketing and service plans that won't leave seller hanging and that's what we are trying to convey in the ad below which is featured in the July edition of North Central News.

♣ This ad is featured in both the regional newspaper North Central News and the neighborhood newspaper for the Windsor Square Neighborhood.

The focus of the ad it to get attention and promote our services. Rather then placing for sale in the ad we wanted to do something different and effective: something that will grab a readers attention and of course reinforce our more advanced marketing techniques.
♦ This ad was in an earlier publication of North Central News. The 'of' in-between close and my was corrected before print.
